Track Workouts

Tuesday & Friday Track Workouts
Every Tuesday the 2ndWind Team meets for Interval & Threshold Workouts at the Cal High Track in San Ramon. Warm-up & drills start at 6:00pm and Coached Workouts begin at 6:30pm.

Saturday Drills

Form & Stride Session with Coach Kao
Saturdays 8:00am Cal High Track
Workout begins with a Recovery Run then Coach Kao will lead members through a series of Drills focused on improving Form & Stride.

Sunday Long Runs

Start time varies from 7:00am - 8:00am
Locations & Distance vary weekly
