2ndWind runners are broken into two groups—youth and adult.  Depending on individuals’ needs and personalized attention, membership rates vary.

The Adult Running Program includes:

  1. Weekly Tuesday night workouts
  2. Weekly Saturday drills, strides and form workouts
  3. Weekly Sunday long runs
  4. Customized training programs for competitive and beginner runners
  5. Weekly training updates for all active runners
  6. Time trials and evaluations to monitor fitness and goals
  7. Workshops on training, nutrition, injury prevention and treatment
  8. Team Member discounts with 2ndWind Partners
  9. Team Socials
